A Centered Eye ~ 10/18/2023
“Be like the eye in the center of the storm”. Order among chaos, calm when faced with calamity, collected and centered. When we are faced with adversity, situations, or experiences that can throw us off tilt, the more we’re able to remain cool, calm, and collected, during these times, though challenging, will enhance our ability to remain grounded, level and clear minded, and open to viewing the situation for what it is. It is easy to get triggered, distraught, or perplexed when faced with unexpected and unforeseen hurdles, but the more we focus and attune our attention on remaining whole and focused on the long term, and with practice, the less jarring, impactful, or negative, these situations will be able to disrupt your energetic presence.
We can only control the controllables. We can only work off the information and knowledge with which we’re aware of and presented with. We may not have all the facts or details about a particular situation. That’s all the more reason to ground within our own truth, and not speculating. Assumptions around intentions can be quite dangerous when we don’t have the full picture, story, or view as to what may be actually happening at a given time. Through clear, concise, and direct communication, are we able to clear the air, overcome these hurdles, and get to the root cause of what may or may not be actually going on.
The more times we are faced with unforeseen and unexpected situations, the stronger and more positive oriented we will become in how to handle, address, and deal with these matters. Only time will tell if we make the right decisions, but over time, in having a grounded and centered sense of self, and keeping our wits at the ready, things will get easier over time. Balance and harmony are always there, but it’s often very easy to get thrown a curveball that you weren’t expecting. If we’re able to remain solution focused, and outcome oriented, we will see the light, the bigger picture, and what is best moving forward. When we’re able to realize that hardships, difficulty, and circumstances that we weren’t expect, can positively contribute to our strength, growth, and development, we can begin to realize these challenges as learning opportunities, lessons, and gifts for our true benefit. Everything happens for a reason and if we can look to the silver lining through this, we can develop a greater sense of resiliency, understanding, and openness, to the way in which the flow unfolds. New experiences, learnings, and lessons, are truly opportunities, blessings, and gifts for us to learn, empower ourselves, and grow as individuals, to better support and grow those around us and throughout our lives in our experiences in this realm.
The next time you are faced with a situation or hurdle you weren’t expecting, take a moment to take a breath, know it’s not personal, be cool, calm, collected, and cenetered, so you’re able to call toward action that is right and true to your underlying beliefs, understandings, energy, and truth. Be well, be wise, and be wonderful, traveler!!!
